    How to add items to your subscription via the online shop

    Here is the translation: Through the online shop, subscription customers can add vegetables, fruits, and artisan products to their regular delivery themselves.

    Items available to add include particularly abundant seasonal vegetables and fruits (such as beans, ume plums, raspberries, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and more), "mottainai" vegetables with minor insect damage or blemishes, as well as seasonal artisan products (yuzu kosho, fukujinzuke pickles, umeboshi, raspberry jam) and eggs.
    Any items you add will be delivered together with your vegetable box, and payment will be consolidated with your vegetable box charges on your end-of-month invoice.
    ※ Items can be added up to 3 days before your delivery date.

    Please note that seasonal fruits and vegetables go quickly, and listings will close once stock runs out. We appreciate your understanding that we may not always be able to fulfill requests.
    An account registration is required to use this feature.

    To register, you will need: ① your account activation URL, ② your customer code, ③ your email address, and ④ a password of your choosing.
    (① and ② will be provided to you by email.)

    How to add items to your subscription via the online shop
    ◎ Click the three-line menu bar in the top left of the login screen, then click "Scheduled Subscription Deliveries"
    ➡︎ Your upcoming delivery schedule will be displayed.

    ※ The home screen is designed for postal delivery and credit card payment only, and does not support adding items to your subscription.
    To add items to your subscription box, always navigate via the menu bar and select "Scheduled Subscription Deliveries."

    ◎ Select your desired shipping date, then click the "Add / Edit Items" button
    ➡︎ Items available to add for that shipping date will be displayed.

    ※ Depending on the time of month, some items may not appear.
    ※ Even for items that are listed, we may not always be able to fulfill your request depending on harvest conditions on the day of shipping.
    Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

    ◎ Click the "Add Item" button for any item you would like to add
    ➡︎ You will be taken to the next screen.

    ◎ On the following screen, confirm ① the shipping date and ② the list of items to be added

    ➡︎ The delivery address will be the same as for your vegetable box. Delivery time (for Japan Post / Yu-Pack customers only) will also remain the same.

    ◎ Press the "Back" button, confirm that your item has been added, and you're done.

    ※ When adding items to your subscription, no separate payment process is required.
    The cost will be combined with your vegetable box charges and billed at the end of the month.

    ※ In addition to adding items, you can also pause an upcoming subscription delivery.
    ◎ Click the "Cancel" button for the delivery date you wish to skip
    ➡︎ This will cancel your next scheduled delivery for that date.
