Recruitment

At SHO Farm, we hope to increase the number of people involved in sustainable agriculture. We are recruiting staff to join us and offer support for those who want to start farming through a trainee program.

Many people think of farming simply as manual labor, but at our farm, it requires both physical strength and intellectual ability. We believe it is a comprehensive job where living and working join together, offering a deep sense of fulfillment.

Growing food that is healthy for both the environment and people is at the core of our mission. It is appreciated by many, and the meaningful work makes it easy to stay motivated.

We adjust the job tasks to fit each person's strengths and abilities, so as long as you are healthy, anyone can work on the farm!
